My vast background in claims, process and efficiency automation, liability negotiations, catastrophe handling and agency has enabled me to support customers with a holistic approach. As an Agency Field Leader for 12 years, I had the privilege of assisting over 70 agencies and their team members develop skills to help customers with their insurance needs. However, now I have a wonderful career and that's working directly with customers, helping them to determine the correct insurance plan that fits their needs.
